ABC Computer is a service of WeldonPC, a computer repair shop in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

How it will work

  1. Download the app.

It's one program for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

  2. Link your computer.

The app shows a short code. Sign in with your email and type the code.

  3. Say what's wrong.

Type it the way you'd tell a friend: "My computer is slow." "My printer won't print."

  4. It checks and explains.

The assistant runs read-only checks and tells you what it found, in plain words.

  5. You approve each fix.

Nothing changes until you click Approve.

  6. Close the app when you're done.

    It disconnects. That's it.

Two ways to use it:

  • Pay as you go — add credit and use it when you need it.
  • Monthly plan — help each month until you cancel.

Built to be careful

  • It's an AI assistant, not a person. Every reply is written by AI.
  • It can only use a fixed list of safe checks and fixes. It cannot type commands on your computer.
  • Before it changes anything, it shows you what it wants to do in plain English and waits for you to click Approve.
  • When Windows allows it, it makes a restore point before a change.
  • It never deletes your personal files: documents, photos, downloads, desktop.
  • It never installs other software. It never looks at your passwords, your browser history, or what's inside your files.
  • It works only while the app is open. Close it and it disconnects.
  • You can see everything it sent and everything it did.

When a person is better

Some problems need hands, not chat: a broken part, a failing hard drive, lost files, a serious virus. The assistant will tell you when that's the case. Then you can bring your computer to WeldonPC's shop:

Pricing

You pay for what the AI uses, plus a service margin. There are two ways to pay: add credit and pay per session, or choose a monthly plan. Prices will be announced at launch.

Questions

Is it a person or a computer?

An AI assistant writes every reply. No person joins the chat.

Can it change things without asking?

No. You allow its read-only checks once per session, and every change needs you to click Approve first.

Will it delete my files?

No. It has no way to delete, move or open your personal files. With your approval it can clear leftover temporary files that Windows and programs create.

What computers will it work on?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs at launch.

What if it can't fix my problem?

It will tell you. For hardware problems and anything too risky to do from a distance, it will suggest bringing the computer to WeldonPC at 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights.

How much will it cost?

You pay for what the AI uses, plus a service margin. You can add credit and pay per session, or choose a monthly plan. Prices will be announced at launch.

Does it stay on my computer?

Pay as you go: it runs only while the app is open. Monthly plan members can choose to keep it handy in the taskbar; it still does nothing until you open it.
